Every Thursday morning at between 10 - 11am, Mary Martin, a trained and registered member of KFA, organises an exercise class for the over 50s, It is chair based, but standing is also included. Anyone can join, although unfortunately, classes are currently fully booked. Joining a keep fit class offers numerous benefits.

  • Improved physical health: Regular exercise enhances strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Mental well-being: Physical activity reduces stress, anxiety, and depression, boosting mood and overall mental health.
